Well, when I wrote the dictionary I never thought someone would turn it into a poem (although someone did turn her recitation of all the headwords in it into an art installation)! Did you happen to notice the fascinating etymology for teapoy, a three-legged table esp. used for serving tea? The “tea” is a folk etymology influenced by the table’s function, as the real origin is the Hindi tir (three) + Persian pai (foot): the South Asian version of “tripod”.
