I've wandered past those strange quilted beasts a number of times, a few of them sober. God bless the Spadina Station entrance that few people use.
I am fascinated by the fact that it's somebody's job to clean it, or at least it must be, seeing as the installation has been there since 1977. And I wonder if there's a correlation between quilted art installations and less-frequented exits? Textiles get no respect.
