    That award goes to Cody, who once leant me a baseball bat. Or D&D, for the hours of entertainment they’ve given me.

    You have surpassed the neighbour designation. You are a true friend. I can’t think of an appropriate sitcom metaphor, but the closest I can get is that you’re the Fonz to our Cunninghams. And we love you dearly.
